These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between e777 ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the e777 online gaming platform available at https://e777.today.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on e777. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, e777 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

e777 supports a range of Philippine payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱10. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your e777 account within minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only available to verified accounts. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: e777 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of approval. VIP Club members may benefit from priority withdrawal processing. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Currency: All transactions on e777 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).

• Fraud Prevention: e777 employs fraud detection systems to monitor all transactions. Transactions that appear suspicious may be delayed, reversed, or referred to the relevant authorities. e777 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

e777 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which e777 accepts no responsibility.

e777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been satisfied.

All games available on the e777 platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general gameplay terms apply across all games:

• Random Number Generation: All e777 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. RNG systems are independently tested and certified.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each game has a published theoretical RTP percentage. RTP figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or connectivity failure, e777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. e777 is not liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the e777 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the e777 platform without prior written consent from e777.

The e777 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of e777. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

e777 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. e777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to service that are beyond its reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

e777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Detection of duplicate accounts.
• Suspected use of automated software or other prohibited tools.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward e777 staff or other players.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, e777 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach, any legitimate balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

You may request closure of your own account at any time by contacting e777 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with e777 through our customer support channel. e777 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

e777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, e777 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, e777 may also send a notification to your registered email address.

Your continued use of the e777 platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through customer support.
